A note to women in Norfolk - if you are on Alesse or Triphasil brands of birth control, you will want to talk to your doctor or pharmacist. A Spokesperson from Clark's PharmaSave and Roulstons say Wyeth, the company that makes the pills, is upgrading their factory in Puerto Rico. The temporary shutdown of production has led to shortages. Stock of these types of pills are minimal in local pharmacies. There are alternatives for women, but you need to consult your doctor.
